The staff were pleasant and attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and the housekeeping was done exactly as required everyday. The hotel was presented well and had good atmosphere.

Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.
