From the staff to the room to the bar and to the restaurant, superb service. A number of the staff have worked for this hotel for over 35 years. THIS says it all. Dominik at the front desk was excellent. Greeted us by name very time we entered or left the hotel. He made check in process very smooth and held our bags as we arrived straight from the cruise ship. We were able to take in the sights without lugging everything with us. Loved the big room. Very spacious. Loved the big bathroom and big shower. Location made it easy to walk to all our destinations like Pikes and the malls. Liked the extra security at night to get into hotel and up to rooms. Liked the bagged ice available. We could just take a bag to chill drinks in our room. Better than filling a bucket with a noisy ice machine. Rooftop bar had stunning views
