Lovely staff and very helpful. We had a lovely vietnamese massage - one of the best I've had. Dinner had lovely fresh vegetarian options. Highly reccomend staying here.

The crew worked hard creating a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. The outings were really great, especially kayaking. Everything felt a bit rushed.

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkla, terrassi ja baariga Cánh Buồm Homestay - Tukaan Châu asub Ha Longis, 1,1 km kaugusel Tuan Chau rannast. Pin khi was delightful and hard working. The room and shower was great. The view from the harbour is beautiful. You can hire electric bikes and the location for the ferry and cruises was perfect. The place looks new and well cared for. We had to go to the village to find a pharmacy and Pinkhi offered free use of the bikes. She was so kind and helpful. Did not speak very good English but used Google translate to communicate so she helped with everything we needed. A memorable experience in Halong Bay.

Rannavaatega Mila Cruises pakub Ha Longis neljatärnimajutust. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, terrass ja restoran. We where picked up on time from Hanoi.. Arrived at boat and was very happy with the rooms. Great view from bed! The lunch and dinner was a great standard! The cruise manager was very helpful and all staff very helpful and friendly! Thanks also to bar manger who was very friendly during happy hour. Cooking demo was a nice touch. All in all great trip for 2 days and would recommend to all. Company very professional.

Fabulous cruise and well worth the money. This is once in a lifetime experience for me personally and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was able to meet other solo travelers and we had an amazing time together. The excursions were really fun and there was a never ending supply of food for the guests. The pool was amazing and so was the happy hour. Alcohol isn’t included in the fare but the prices aren’t that bad (even for a luxury cruise). The gym is excellent and I was able to sneak in an early morning workout. Fortunately, the weather was great when we were on the cruise and the sunset was fabulous to watch. Halong Bay had a lot of cruises around the area but I wouldn’t call it crowded. Also, amazing customer service. The pickup from Hanoi, the waiting area in Halong, the boarding and disembarking and finally the drop off. Essence Grand is running a fabulous service here and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it. The staff are quite amazing and honestly, they are the biggest reason why this cruise is a massive success. Thank you so much for making it a fabulous trip.
