The best Apartment/Room in Hanoi. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. You can definitely go for this place to stay if you want to experience the luxury. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support for your needs. They speak very good English and were very helpful. We stayed at 5 hotels in all over Vietnam and this one is our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. All the furnitures and appliances were new. We will choose this place again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

Staff member Ly assisted me with refunding money after I transferred it 10 times by mistake.

Location is easy from airport and little bit far from old town which is great if you want to avoid the noise and hassle. I’d choose this hotel again for sure!

They also agreed due to early arrival time to use swimming pool and spa and to switch breakfast from day of early departure to the day of early arrival. Very great!

Strategically located in Hanoi, Lotte Hotel Hanoi offers modern and luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. The hotel has unreal views and feels very upscale. More than I expected to find in Hanoi. The Club Lounge is exceptional as were the rooms. Also connected to the mall was very convenient.

Located in the northwest corner of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, Thien Thai Hotel & Spa is just 5 minutes’ walk from Dong Xuan Market. It offers 3 dining options and free Wi-Fi. Nice location, breakfast, and staffs. My room is clean
