Apartment was amazingly comfortable and clean. The three bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms and each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a sofa with TV set too. The location is a walking distance (600m) to the Lotte Tower and there is a supermarket on the ground level making it very easy to get supplies etc when you are traveling with children. There is also a coffee house downstairs where we got hot drinks. Love how friendly and warm the staff were! The apartment has all that you need and is spacious for a family stay. Modern looking, classy and well done up. Love this place and would definitely recommend to other travelers.

Thuc and Phung and the r st of the staff were very hospitable. Great hotel to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarters district. Very clean rooms, nice gym and superb breakfast. Best breakfast I have had in years.
