My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Emerald Boutique and every moment was marvellous. The staff were lovely, from the doormen to the room staff and all the reception. Always friendly, helpful, professional with a delightful sense of humour. They genuinely wanted you to enjoy your time with them. The hotel itself is glorious, elegant and timeless.

I was surprised with everything at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile and ready to help you when needed. Room is clean. Everything is carefully prepared, there is nothing to complain about when staying at this hotel. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and encourage everyone to book a room here.

Hanvet Hotel Ha Noi asub Hanois, 3,1 km kaugusel Ha Noi raudteejaamast. Hotellist avaneb vaade linnale. Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.
