My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Emerald Boutique and every moment was marvellous. The staff were lovely, from the doormen to the room staff and all the reception. Always friendly, helpful, professional with a delightful sense of humour. They genuinely wanted you to enjoy your time with them. The hotel itself is glorious, elegant and timeless.

Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. The room is also cleaned and tidied up every day. Nice location with a lot of food and clothing stores nearby.

Not only did the staff find it, but they also went out of their way to ensure it was safely returned to me.
