The staff were lovely, from the doormen to the room staff and all the reception. Always friendly, helpful, professional with a delightful sense of humour. They genuinely wanted you to enjoy your time with them. The hotel itself is glorious, elegant and timeless.

Centrally located in Hanoi, Midori Boutique Hotel offers peaceful and modern rooms with free local calls and free WiFi in rooms. Elegantly furnished rooms feature centralised air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and matched the photos. The location was very good.
