Great location. Comfortable beds and the breakfast is one of the delicious I’ve had in a Vietnam hotel. Brian is an absolute delight, always bursting with good energy and is so helpful. Sophia is sweet and is very helpful as well. We wished we stayed longer since we only stayed for one night with them.

Hotel is located next to the lake and in the middle of life in the city. But very quiet area and very quiet rooms. The breakfast area has a wonderfull view and good choice of food and fruits. Very kind staff and truly quality stay. We could even leave lagguage in hotel for few days to travel light for few days tour. Very helpfull and very kind. Clean, quiet, good bed and nice room.

Cu o locație excelentă în Hanoi, La Renta Hotel & Spa are cazare de 3 stele aproape de Teatrul de păpuși Thang Long Water și de Lacul Hoan Kiem. It is located in the old town, which has everything! Very close to the night market, water puppet show, and some of the best food places in Hanoi. The breakfast menu is a la carte and tastes very good! The bed was comfy and I had hot water in the shower the whole day. Now for the best part, the staff! Lucy, Tony and Dat did such a good job to make me feel at home, and also helping me with a lot of planning and suggestions for a first time visitor to Vietnam. I actually ended up extending two nights here, just because it was so good.

I stayed in Hotel du Lac for around 3-4 days and I couldn't have chosen a better place to start my adventure in Hanoi. The hotel is very centrally located, the facilities are super cozy (specially the lobby) and the staff is just unbelievably kind. For you to know what I mean: I left my laptop charger (a MacBook Pro) in my home country by mistake and they helped me get a brand new charger (a model that happened to be super tricky to find). I was amazed by how well they treated us. Always greeting us and smiling. The beds are super comfy, so you will have a good sleep. Rooms are quiet as well. Their breakfast is very complete. You will have eggs "a la carte", local food like Pho, yogurts, fruit, several kinds of teas and even sushi. They also have a rooftop bar/terrace. Perfect to chill for a while and check out the city while you have a good juice or cocktail. Finally, speaking about their location... well... it's a 10/10. You are in the middle of the old quarters so everything is reachable by foot. From the water-poppets theater, to the lake, cafés, and even bars. It will just take you a few minutes while you experience the action in the streets. I was going to book again, but sadly got sick. Thank you for everything guys! :)

Meritel Hanoi se află în Hanoi și include o piscină în aer liber, un centru de fitness, o terasă și un bar. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They organized our Ha Long bay tour as well as taxis to and from the airport. We never had any issues, everything was organized with no confusion.
