Attractively situated in the centre of Hanoi, Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa is within 300 metres of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and less than 1 km of Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was ok not excellent. Location is great. Personnel was corteous and very nice. They took care ofnour luggages while we were away on a tour before checking in, and before being back to the hotel after Halong Bay cruise.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. We stayed 2 days and everything was perfect. We had booked a taxi to pick us up from the airport and even though our flight arrived at 11 p.m., Tina followed up to make sure the taxi would be at the meeting point. When we arrived, there was someone to welcome us even though it was past midnight, we had talked about wanting SIM cards and the next morning the cards were there for us and they even replaced the cards for us and made sure everything was working well. Lunch was excellent with several choices and the bed was very comfortable, the room very clean and a great location. They organized our transport to Sapa and even prepared lunch for us on the road, taking the time to come and greet us outside. We really felt that they were there for us, it was very reassuring. Extremely kind and very welcoming people. I highly recommend. Thank you all

I stayed in Hotel du Lac for around 3-4 days and I couldn't have chosen a better place to start my adventure in Hanoi. The hotel is very centrally located, the facilities are super cozy (specially the lobby) and the staff is just unbelievably kind. For you to know what I mean: I left my laptop charger (a MacBook Pro) in my home country by mistake and they helped me get a brand new charger (a model that happened to be super tricky to find). I was amazed by how well they treated us. Always greeting us and smiling. The beds are super comfy, so you will have a good sleep. Rooms are quiet as well. Their breakfast is very complete. You will have eggs "a la carte", local food like Pho, yogurts, fruit, several kinds of teas and even sushi. They also have a rooftop bar/terrace. Perfect to chill for a while and check out the city while you have a good juice or cocktail. Finally, speaking about their location... well... it's a 10/10. You are in the middle of the old quarters so everything is reachable by foot. From the water-poppets theater, to the lake, cafés, and even bars. It will just take you a few minutes while you experience the action in the streets. I was going to book again, but sadly got sick. Thank you for everything guys! :)
