Amazing view from the room with an elaborate range of lighting options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An affordable refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the old quarter. The surrounding streets had great food options, although expensive -Bao Wow bao restaurant highly recommended. We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay here. Highly recommend, both for the location and the hotel quality.

They really do go out of their way to make you feel special & tend to your every need. Thank you to the Five-star Westlake staff 🙏 they all deserve a raise!

One of the standout features of Mansion 88 is its prime location overlooking the West, with rooms equipped with balconies that offer stunning views of the surrounding garden filled with fresh greenery. It feels like being in a tranquil garden oasis. The best part of my stay was enjoying the panoramic view from the balcony, witnessing the vast blue waves of water in the distance, which brought a sense of pure tranquility and fresh air. Finding a hotel with such a perfect location in the heart of Hanoi is rare indeed. The service at Mansion 88 is top-notch, meeting 5-star standards. The staff are highly professional, enthusiastic, and attentive, ensuring a memorable experience. The menu offers a rich selection of European and local dishes, and breakfast was particularly delicious. I was impressed when the staff introduced me to the hotel's various amenities, including the underground and sky gardens, all of which are beautifully designed, harmonious, and aesthetically pleasing. As a brand new addition to the Hanoi hotel scene, Mansion 88 truly deserves its reputation as the best resort experience I've ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

The room has full facilities, cozy vibe with soundproof room, it’s the best for quiet people. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. It is so peaceful and relaxing here. Everything about Lua is great! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Kim & Vu who are super nice. I stayed here 5 nights and wanted to stay longer...but I certainly will be back again. You won't regret staying here.
