Located in Cape Town’s historic De Waterkant, Man And Tree House offers modern self-catering studios with balcony and city views. Free WiFi is available. Comfortable, and fulfilled all our needs. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby including an excellent one downstairs. We walked in the area at night and had no issues.

Purple House Accommodations offers seven self-catering units situated in De Waterkant district, just 2 km from Cape Town City Center. We received a good reception from Guido & Henk since day one. The house was neat, furnished with everything you need in a home. The location is convenient to everything ie mall, Restaurants, Parks, Beach, V&A waterfront. We stayed for 9 days and felt like home. Parking is on the street but very safe with a security guards day & night. I would recommend the Purple House at anytime.
