King beds in two bedrooms and a bunk bed in the middle room. Complete kitchen set up, including an espresso and coffee machine! All the “fixins” for hot cocoa like chocolate syrup and sprinkles. There is a nice washer and dryer with two laundry pods! One of for you to use when you put the towels in the wash on check out day. So if you plan to do more laundry, bring extras! Very accommodating and everything you need is there!
