Everything was perfect about this place. I thought that having a shared bathroom would be an inconvenience but it was not because we were the only ones using it. The host was very welcoming and she showed us some atractions we could attend to while we stayed there. We had a breakfast on the last day and it was perfect. We had our check-out at 10:00 am and our train was scheduled for 13:07 but the host agreed to keep our luggage untill we were ready to pick them up. They also had a garden connected to the lake where we could swim and a sauna but unfortunately we could not attend because we only booked 2 nights and had to spend our time visiting. Overall a great experience. Will surely book in here if we come again.

We loved absolutely everything about it! Perfect location, bed, facilities, very quiet, amazing lake view, and very helpful staff. The best place in Hallstatt for self catering.

This was the best apartment we stayed this year. It was even more beautiful as on picutures. Room was very cozy, bed very comfortable, pillows big and soft, bathroom was very clean, towels were new, there was hairdryer available, kitchen had all one could need for the stay, it is fully equiped. Bonus was tea and coffee available in the room. Whole appartment smelled very nice when we came in. In the evening, it was warm in room, we felt like at home. Location is great if you plan to go to salt mine, it is just few steps from house. We were there by car, parking was available on request. Land lady Herta is very nice, our room was ready earlier as check-in time and she allowed us to check-in earlier. This was great for us, as there was heavy rain when we arrived. If we go to Hallstatt again, we will stay only here.

Very nice hotel, close to the town center, also close to beautiful trails. Cozy bedroom, very clean, also a comfortable bed. Staff was very nice, and our request for some vegan options for breakfast was accommodated (and exceeded, with various options!). Very good cost-benefit ratio. Would definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful penthouse apartment situated on the bank of a serene lake. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning view of the surrounding mountains. I spent hours gazing out at the tranquil lake and majestic mountains beyond, feeling completely at ease and relaxed. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding. I appreciated the attention to detail that had gone into ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the penthouse apartment on the bank of the lake. The combination of stunning views, modern amenities, and comfortable furnishings made for a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat in a beautiful natural setting.

The property is located perfectly near the bus stop. Melissa at the recepetion counter is very wonderful and helping. Please pardon if I am not able to put the correct name as Melissa as I am not able to recollect the exact name. Room was very cozy , clean with great heating . A big thumps up from my side and I will recommend everyone to book this stay.
