The hostess at reception was very warm, communicated well and was very helpful. The check in process was clear and provided in good time. it made the whole process so easy. she was also a great help when we left to catch the train to the airport. A fantastic place with a wonderful view of Barcelona from the balcony and terrace, which is very atmospheric! Amazing contact with the hotel staff! Clean and cozy room and bathroom. Great location, you can make your trip plans on foot. A large selection when it comes to breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves, even plant milk, which I really appreciate. Attention to detail is the charm of this place ☺️

everything. the location was perfect, the staff was amazing. Salvador opened was us, showed us our room, the code and snack station, the balcony that we could use and he took the time to sit down with a map to show us where we were located, how to get around and helped us on any questions we had.
