The location was ideal -- right on Plaza Nueva in Casco Viejo (the most popular square in the best part of town). Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was strong and stable. Security was outstanding -- four combination locks separating our room from the street.

The hotel is pretty well situated since you're in the city center and you're able to get to Bilbao Abando Station by walking in about 10-15 mins. The Hotel was always clean and the staff friendly.

We loved this place. The interior is industrial which we liked. The beds vere comfortable and it was clean. The thing we loved the best was location - it is perfect. Very easy to communicate with the host. It is also very practical access with codes.

The room was so cute and clean. I loved the vibe and the location was perfect for walking the city as well as catching public transportation and taxis. could not have asked for more! Don’t let the bathroom pics fool you. The tiles are new, just made to look old.
