The property is well located right in the centre of Bakewell and super easy to find, right next door to the old Bakewell pudding shop and tons of little cafes for breakfast. The staff are super friendly and it was a lovely room. Well decorated and a super comfy bed that made it hard to get out of!! The shower was really powerful and complimentary toiletries included. Easy access for out of normal pub hours as well. Whilst there is no parking, there are many car parks really close by and the agricultural centre is literally a 5 min walk away and £6 for 24 hours. There are 4 or 5 free 30 min spaces parking out side the pub so easy for dropping off your stuff. The hours are 8am to 6pm for the free 30 mins so you can park overnight if you arrive after 6 but you do need to move your car by 8.30 to make sure the following morning! Breakfast isn’t offered but you really don’t need it with so many little local cafes within 2 minutes Walk.

The property is well maintained and ideally located right in town. The food was amazing as well.

Tracte molt amable. Habitació petita però amb tot el necessari i amb detalls com aigua, màquina cafè etc. Al bany sabons i cremes de qualitat. Molt net. Ubicació tranquila a curta distància a peu de Chatsworth. Menjar correcte al restaurant i bon esmorzar però el servei tant del sopar com de l’esmorzar va ser molt lent.

I loved that it was connected to a beautiful little pub. It was clean and in a beautiful location we loved our stay here. The beds were incredibly comfortable.
