Little Robin Gate is a beautiful and eclectic property. It's a renovated 1930s house that the owner, David, lovingly restored. I had everything I needed for my stay and then some. The gardens and the exterior are peaceful and stately. The interior is immaculate and very comfortable. Additionally, there are bits of whimsy scattered throughout.

Quando abbiamo prenotato era rimasta solo una camera disponibile e, sebbene piccola, era davvero adorabile, con un arredamento particolare e molto ben studiato. Le decorazioni avevano come tema la zebra. Il bagno era esterno alla camera, ma vicinissimo e solo per noi. Utile il bollitore con tè e caffè a disposizione. Eccellente colazione continentale con un buffet davvero molto ricco e di qualità. Proprietari gentilissimi e cordiali. Ubicazione vicinissima alla spiaggia. Il centro raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti.

Wonderful guesthouse in a great location, just a few metres from the endless beach in Southbourne. Andi and James are perfect hosts, providing not only a delicious breakfast - both buffet (with fresh berries every day) and cooked - but also valuable advice on things to do in the area. They try to work in a sustainable way by sourcing as much of the food as possible locally, by avoiding wasting food or by avoiding the use of unnecessary plastic. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and we loved the very English style of the house and its interior. The room was quite spacious, had tea and coffee making facilities and we got new biscuits every day. The wifi is great as well. We had an online meeting on Friday morning and the connection was uniterrupted for 90 minutes.

The room was very clean, warm, cosy and homely which was lovely. Flat screen tv on the wall. Additional pillows with a selection of different types to suit everyone’s needs! (I haven’t come across this before so it really impressed me!) Debbie the host was so accommodating and friendly, genuinely would go above and beyond. It is very clear the pride she takes in this place and so she should! V

The room is small but this was advertised. Nonetheless it was an excellent room. The bed was comfortable and everything including the shared bathroom was clean. The room is in an apartment with shared amenities which were also clean and well kept. It is also very close to Boscombe beach as advertised. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Lovely room that was extremely comfy. Had everything you will need and you could even stay for a week as they have everything to make you comfortable. The staff was so nice and had an adorable dog!
