A beautiful quick stop over stay at Open Acres before an early morning flight. I wish we could have stayed longer, the setting was beautiful, the room was lovely and clean. My kids loved seeing the horses. Ben was welcoming and sorted transfer to the airport for the early hours. Would definitely return.

We spent one night in a unique place, our room was comfortable and tidy, all the forniture was new and fine, but the plus are all the animals from the retreat running around the garden and make you feel part of the family. The owners save animals and take care of them, we appreciated their mission. We liked also the vegan breakfast.

Great stay at Anchor Annex. The accommodation is excellent & well equipped. On arrival I was greeted by Jacki. The property was very clean & modern. Bed is really comfortable. Great facilities in the accommodation including free Wi-Fi & Netflix with a large TV. Although I did not cook there was ample kit provided. Off road parking. A really nice touch is there is an enclosed outside space with table & Chairs. Coffee, tea & milk provided. Jacki is a great host, friendly & very helpful.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything you may need was catered for in the guest house. From complimentary bath, shower gels to tea and coffee. The rooms were completed to an extremely high spec, and there were cupboards full of extra bedding should you need it. It was so clean and bright, really was a lovely place to stay and close to all the places we wanted to visit. It was so quiet and peaceful there, really lovely, onsite parking was a bonus.
