The location is just perfect for lovely walks on the Downs and there is a bus stop nearby for going shopping if the weather is not good.Tom is such a friendly guy and nothing is a bother to him. Lovely views to wake up to every morning.

Set in Torquay, a 4-minute walk from Riviera International Centre, The Rosewood Torquay is a family-run, Victorian B&B dating back to 1861.

I like Amy the host who was so kind and accommodating to all my needs. There were options for vegan breakfast, fresh berries, soy milk, beans on toast. The location was great, room spacious and Amy kindly placed books i ordered to a hotel address in my room before my arrival. She provided with me an umbrella. She was the most charming host one could imagine. I forgot a sweater and she sent it to me to Norway afterwards. This was the most pleasant stay I have ever had with such personal touch.

The rooms are impeccably clean, with attractive, fresh, contemporary decoration. And finally, the location, just a few minutes from the glorious Babbacombe Downs, make it an excellent choice for travellers in the area.

Lovely stay.. charming old building. Great value great breakfast and parking outside on street in front. Loving and very intelligent dig who seemed to genuinely love us after 2 minutes. Very interesting dig with above average brains. Sounds strange but true.

We had lovely 6 night stay in a very friendly atmosphere a good breakfast, very good value for money.we found it easy to travel round Torquay on bus service.

Located in the centre of Torquay, 800 metres from Torre Abbey Sands Beach, the historic The Norwood provides accommodation with free WiFi and water sports facilities.

A perfect stay! It is a family run guest house and they extremely helpful & room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. The owner is also the chef so is a bonus! Thank you for making us feel home. We will be back again later this summer.
