Benedict Rooms is perfect! The location, the cleaness, the communication, check in and check out. Perfecto! It's cozy and the decoration brings a really nice feeling. I was alone and I felt really safe to come and go at night. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I was hungry at night and I opened the fridge and found a lot of snacks 😊)

Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

Clean and beautiful appartment with balcony and coffee machine. It is close to the bus station in a quiet neighbourhood. The landlady was also very nice. Thank you for letting me stay here.

Everything about this hotel was basically perfect, but the cherry on the top was the keeper of the hotel, Francesco, and his kindness, friendliness and helpfulness. He truly elevated our stay from great to amazing, especially with his restaurant recommendations. Extremely clean and tidy all around, rooms looked better in real than in photos (which is quite uncommon), filled to the brim with snacks and other nice attentions, central location (5 minutes away from city center), great view of the city and extremely comfortable beds. Bathroom was very spacious, with all the necessary amenities and some more.

Alt fungerte som det skulle. Rolig, svært god beliggenhet. God informasjon, greit å finne. Generelt vanskelig å si så mye om vertskap ved denne typen overnattingssted, annet enn at alt fungerte godt.

Dette var ikke et hotell som vi trodde, men derimot utleie av rom i en større bygning. Rommet var moderne og eier hadde lagt inn godt med gratis-effekter i form av toalettsaker, vann og snacks.

100% would recommend to a friend. Super clean, good location, comfortable and spacious room. Maria and her husband were very nice, they even waited to meet us for check in at 9pm and drove us to the train station at the end. Room also had coffee machine, microwave and mini fridge.
