Fantastic location and lovely breakfast. If you want it lemon cello and that great orange liquor are provided. Siracusa is a lovely place to visit and it was quiet at night so we could have the window open and the air conditioning off - our preference always!

Everything! The owner, the location, the spacious rooms. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Giusy went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and prepared a wonderful breakfast each morning.

Conveniently located newer property a close walk between the archaeological sites and Ortigia. Five minutes walk from the bus and train stations. Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice roof garden overlooking the square. Great soundproof windows.

The room was big and beautifully decorated and it was a quiet street. It is easy to park your car and it took us 15 minutes to reach Ortigia. We stayed there for 2 days and I would return here because it was a wondelful place.

Absolutely fantastic location and great hosts! After reading some reviews about noise and breakfast, I have to say I am confused on why they were talking about! noise at night... we both fell asleep with no issues with the entire week and the breakfast was fantastic! friendly and substantial Would recommend to anyone visiting!

Definitely the best apartment I've stayed through Europe, clean, fully equipped, nicely decorated. And the owners are so nice, trying to help all the time, the snacks prepared, even drove me to the station when i leave. Thank you for everything!

Our Excellent Host, Massimo welcomed us and helped us with tourist information throughout our stay.. Lovely breakfast to start the day and comfortable rooms with an excellent bathroom. We are very happy with our stay at Papirooms 😀

The right rating should have been 11/10. ; ) We stayed for over a week and during our stay even our small wishes were listened and many practical challenges we met with our holiday plans were solved very kindly with help from our hosts. Every morning (8 mornings!!) there were new products from local small producers to discover at breakfast, what flavours!!!! The cleanliness was excellent. The location was right in the centre of the historical Siracusa, but the sounds of the busy street could not be heard in the room. The kindness of the host couple was just amazing! Thank you Fausta & Ellio!
