Rooms are beautifully decorated; the dining, the sitting room, the courtyard, cellar, spa, every space has its own identity and ties in with the theme of the hotel superbly. It was also clean and spotless. Sheets and bedding are soft and comfy. Staffs are welcoming, friendly and super helpful. They have a pianist and violinist playing at breakfast and at different periods throughout the day, it was the most relaxing environment to be in. We wanted to know if there was a laundromat near the hotel, but instead we were offered complementary laundry service instead! Location was great. We are not going to stay anywhere else the next time we're in Lisbon again. Definitely the best hotel we've ever stayed in.

Absolutely everything! Gorgeous hosts ( Bruno, Crystyna & Fatima).attention to detail superb- even gave us complimentary port wine. Bruno baked cake one day.. just gorgeous & wished we booked longer. Bonus was great restaurants downstairs & live music. Excellent location. Felt very welcome!!
