I have booked a room for my friend with her kid and mum who fled away from the Russian bombs, and after a long and stressful drive, the place brought calm, and the host was so lovely and welcoming! We will never forget the fruits and sweets for the kid and the caring attitude. Thank you so very much! Cats at premises brought a lot of fun and anti-stress as well. I'm really hoping we will get back together just for fun.

We were three people on motorbikes. Great place to have a rest. It is quite far from the city center, but it is in a house with a garden. And you can park your motorcycle or a car behind the fence. That was very important to us. The distance from the city center can be compensated by use of a taxi, as they are really cheap in Iasi. Place was meticulously disinfected and clean.

I really enjoyed the stay: the room is comfortable, very clean, warm, with a big balcony. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is tasty. So, really strongly recommend! Excellent value for money.

It is a decent place for a one-night stop. It is located in the outskirts of Iasi, close enough to get advantage of some city perks (petrol stations, fast food, etc.), and at the same time far enough to keep you out of traffic jams - depending on your route. But I strongly believe that the current rating on booking.com (8.3) is way overrated. The beds are comfortable and the personnel is nice, but it's hard to find other positives to add.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a work trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The host was incredibly hospitable and was willing to assist with any needs I had. The location is a significant advantage, situated right in the downtown area, making it convenient to access any part of the city effortlessly. This hotel is not just excellent for business travel but would also be suitable for leisure trips given its central location. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The room was nice, well-equipped and modern, which was quite a surprise considering that the building, from the outside, didn't look like much. Best of all, it was also perfectly clean. The air conditioning and the wifi were also excellent.
