The family-run Ambleside Townhouse is situated in Ambleside, 800 metres from Lake Windermere. It offers en suite rooms and a full English breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, a good variety of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is nicely decorated and our room was very pleasant and comfortable. I absolutely recommend a stay here.

Central location in easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants, the lake & pier. On-site easy parking was a bonus. Andre helped us with walking options, Elterwater & the Langdale valley were a photographers dream. Thanks so much for adding to my memorable holiday with my daughter.
