We stayed here for one night before our jungle trek. We booked our Medan airport to Bukit Lawang transport and the jungle trek with them. From the time of booking till we left the place; Brian and his team were extremely helpful. Sarah cooked delicious dinner for the night. The place is value for money and they even provide good breakfast. Our tour guide for the forest trek was Rosyid & his assistant Theo. They were absolutely amazing and the best throughout. I could complete my trek on the last day because of their motivation throughout. We can't recommend them enough. The food that they served during trek was also really good. Rosyid and Theo went out of their way to help a random guy during the trek who was unwell and made sure to give him the medicines and took extremely good care of him till he got better and help arrived. It didn't matter to him if the guy was part of our group or no and that shows how professional and caring they are. Magic tricks by Rosyid at the campsite was very entertaining. There was also Manto who cooked extremely delicious dinner and breakfast for us and helped with the river tubing. Would definitely recommend staying at Sumatra Thomas Leaf Monkey Guesthouse in Bukit Lawang.

A beautiful place, wonderful people, delicious food and a wonderfully organized jungle trek. We will remember this place for a long time! Very homely, friendly atmosphere, evenings with the guitar.... Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful time!

SeaGate Bungalows está frente a la playa en Sabang y dispone de jardín y zona de playa privada. Hay terraza, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Great hosts, view from the bungalow is outstanding. Breakfast and dinner is available on request and the hosts provide a.motorbike to get around. I spent a week with Borja and Yuyun, they showed me all the sites on the island, it was a lovely relaxing time.

Juma cottages se encuentra en Tuk Tuk y dispone de jardín, terraza y restaurante. En el hostal o pensión, todas las habitaciones disponen de balcón. Juma is a really nice place to stay. Very nice apartments (mine had a really nice balcony) with beautiful view on Toba lake. Best of staying at Juma was the owner Pino, who made me feel at home, and made an itenary for me every morning when I rented a scooter and traveled the area.

Romlan ofrece alojamiento de 3 estrellas en Tuk Tuk, frente a la playa, y tiene jardín, salón de uso común y restaurante. We stayed for a total of 9 nights in Romlan; in two different rooms. Where to start with the things we liked? First of all, the staff of Romlan is very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with calling and getting to the local pharmacy to get some medicines for sickness (one of us got ill and they called the pharmacy that was closed due to the Sunday Service and they opened up the pharmacy for us). The food and drinks of their own restaurant were amazing and very tasty & variable; good price value as well! The location of Romlan is also good: the boat drops you off at their pier and all the things in Tuk Tuk are on walking distance. The views from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. If you want to hire a scooter bike you can without signing for anything and you don't have to fuel up the tank (when you get the bike, the tank is full). A free refill water station is available and also some tips & tricks about the surroundings of Romlan and the transport options from Lake Toba to other places like Berastagi or Medan. Definitely recommended to book your stay at Romlan when you are looking for a place to stay in Tuk Tuk.

Fun Family Guest House n Jungle Tour es un alojamiento de 2 estrellas que se encuentra en Bukit Lawang. Todo, fue una experiencia increíble, pasé unos días maravillosos gracias a Putra y Maya q me hicieron sentir como en casa, viví momentos únicos, incluso fuimos a una fiesta con trajes típicos, paz, risas, alegría por todos lados. Amo ese balcón y sus vistas al río y a la jungla. Fui para unos días y no pude evitar quedarme varios más, muchas gracias por todo, volveré a visitaros
