The breakfast was great, we were given a choice of sweet or savoury and chose the latter. Breakfast was eggs, a platter with sausage and cheese, fresh baked rolls and fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee is from a bean-to-cup machine. Everywhere is spotless and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic place within walking distance of some very good and very reasonable restaurants.

The city center and also the beaches are easily reachable with buses that stop in front of the house. The staff was really kind and helpful, provided also extra requests. There are also some nice places for breakfast, café and dinner in the neighbourhood.

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). The property features city and inner courtyard views, and is 36 km from Nora. The guest house has family rooms. Very accommodating allowing me to leave my bags after check out because I had a late ferry.
