Wolyeongchae consists of 4 rooms, 2 internal bathrooms, 1 external bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a shared living room. This is an actual old house, or hanok, of classic Korean heritage. How can it get any cooler than that? It was really cute and got these vibes like you're actually in the countryside as a kid, but for some reason you're a Korean kid. Bed was nice, the host is stellar. Just the best. She was in contact with us the whole time and gave us a lot of instructions to find her home, which is tucked away inside an old town, but is really just a throw away from a bus stop.

The house itself had everything you need for a pleasant stay, even if the hanok is very traditional. The owners preserved the beauty of the house well. It is located further from the hustle and bustle of the touristy area, hence you get a good night's rest. The owners were incredibly accomodating, explained what we should see in Gyeongju, recommended a great local place for dinner and even arranged a taxi to come and take us to the train station in the morning. A wonderful experience!

Located 1 km from Gyeongju Express Bus Terminal, Hanok Raon 한옥 라온 is a guest house in a traditional Korean residential building offering guest rooms with Ondol, Korean heated flooring, and air... It was a lovely typical house. Even though we slept on the typical Korean beds, on the floor, it was super comfortable. The owner of the house is very welcoming. We also forgot our glasses in the taxi to go to the station and she sent it back to Seoul hotel. Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed it!

Great location. Walking distance to cultural sites and shops and restaurants. Near to stay in an authentic hanok in Korea. It was nice that water, drinks and snacks were provided.

House of Tohyang is a traditional Hanok, Korean traditional residential architecture, dating back to 1876. The house is set in Bongwha, 1.3 km from Bonghwa Station. We loved our stay in Tohyang House. The host is super friendly and brought us delicious mandu for breakfast :) We traveled with friends in a group of four (two couples) and stayed in a house with two sleeping rooms and bathrooms. We are very happy that we stayed in this Korean Hanok with beautiful gardens ! It is a quiet environment (you can hear nature), which we really enjoyed after a week in the buzzing city of Seoul. With a car you can discover some of the beautiful hiking trails in the broader area.
