## The space You will appreciate its location, its sublime decoration, the secure and private parking space within the residence, its WIFI access, its covered terrace. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator (small elevator), come and spend a pleasant stay in our apartment, ideal for vacations and business trips (comfortable office available and good internet speed) The accommodation consists of: - A living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen with combined fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, oven, microwave, office area and lounge with TV - A bedroom with 160x200 cm bed and dressing room - A second bedroom with two 90x200cm single beds that can be joined together to make a 180x200cm bed - A bathroom with bathtub and sink - Separate toilet - A covered terrace area Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition when you leave. Our guests will receive all the essential elements for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and tea towel. ## Guest access All accommodation is available to our travelers ## Guest interaction We are available during your stay. ## Other things to note OUR PRICES INCLUDE: * Household linen: (towels and bed linen, bath mat and tea towel) in the accommodation * Free Internet (for accommodation with internet) * “Normal” end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen, barbecue, plancha) * A provision for charges (electricity/gas, tourist tax, insurance) * Technical assistance RETURNS: For any returns, concerning cleaning or a technical problem, please notify us within 24 hours of your arrival.
