It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted kitchenette, with a balcony and with a parking lot. It's located on the 3rd floor of a recent residence. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area - A separate kitchen, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates... - One bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a view on the sea - Two bedrooms with 4 single beds - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A balcony of 4 m² equipped with table and chairs to have breakfast while contemplating the sea Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
