This accommodation is unique in Opatija and we believe it will surprise you! In the heart of Opatija, this little home will make you happy! An ideal place for two people searching for relaxation and enjoying the sea: a small house surrounded by a private terrace and garden, full of Mediterranean vegetation and flowers, in a quiet apartment and only 100 meters from the famous Opatija Slatina beach. The building consists of an entrance hall and through it, you enter the heart of the Cute & Geen oasis. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a bathroom, a large bed, and a seating area that can be used as a living room or dining room. There is a large paved yard that allows you to enjoy outdoor food preparation, sunbathing, socializing, or the simplest enjoyment of the beautiful environment in which our house is located. There is possibility of noise and loudness in the garden from the street and traffic.

The facility is located in the center of Opatija, but it is located in such a location that you get a completely different experience of the environment once you step into the yard. Although everything around is full of traffic, people, and hectic life, in the Cute & Green facility it is possible to teleport you to a different dimension in an instant, which is permeated with comfort, peace, nature, and pleasure. All necessary facilities are within walking distance. If you need public transport or taxi service, you just need to go down towards the sea, which is 50m and at the same time, the rest of the offer will be in the palm of your hand. From restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, various shops, markets, and banks. You can also find boat services offered on the main promenade of Lungomare.
