Welcome to 201 Primo dr. This wonderful duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood right in the heart of the downtown Fort Myers Beach district at the north end of the island. The upper level of this duplex features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking a beautiful water front view. Take the stairs to the ground level and enter into the incredible view of the Matanzas Bridge. Walls of sliding glass doors open to let the Gulf breeze flow though and provide you with elevated views of the canal below. Watch closely for manatees as they are a little harder to spot than the many dolphins that you are sure to see during your visit. The ground level features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Recently remodeled, both upper and ground levels have been appointed with new furnishings and brand new appliances to make your beach get-a-way a special vacation

We have lived on Fort Myers Beach for over 40 years.

This wonderful duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood right in the heart of Fort Myers Beach. There is a 2-5 minute walk to local restaurants, Times Square, and the GORGEOUS BEACH!! Times Square includes outdoor shops, restaurants, the Fort Myers beach Pier, and nightly entertainment. Park the car, or better yet, don’t even rent one and get around the island by foot or by trolley. Everything is truly right outside your door making it the ideal location.
