Dear guest, you will have access to the entire private studio with its private bathroom and you will also have access to the shared spaces: the kitchen, laundry room, bike storage, backyard and terrace. Passive CCTV monitoring outdoors. The TV is a streaming TV. Please be sure to bring any streaming device for your ease of use (Roku Stick, Amazon TV Fire Stick, etc.). You may sign into any streaming channel of your choice by using your login credentials (e.g. Netflix, HBO GO, etc.). Be sure to sign out of your account upon departure. Please note that there is not a kitchen in the studio, the kitchen is shared. Street parking only. It is a densely populated residential area and parking may be difficult. Please pay attention to all signs and restrictions. Please do not block any driveways. Parking may be paid.
