The location is amazing - 10 min walk to Old Town, terrace view of Lokrum (a must visit), grocery market across the street. Mihaela is an incredible host - truly - super quick to respond and helped coordinate my transport for early morning flight. Additionally, you can see the old town and the island Lokrum from the balcony. The view was beautiful. The facilities were very good. The kitchen has stoves and a fridge, so cooking is possible. The bed was one of the most comfortsble beds I have slept on and the host was extremely helpful. He explained to us how to find everything we needed and was very hospitable. Just bear in mind that the fastest way to the old town includes stairs.ArangelovaUnited States of America

Balcony is perfect and with that view you don't need anything else. The host is awesome, she will show you everting that you need for a pleased stay in Dubrovnik.

The breakfast choice was superb and I would rate it higher than a lot of equivalent standard hotels that we have stayed at. We organised the transfer from airport to the hotel through the hotel reception. The driver was wonderful and had plenty of useful information. All the staff were brilliant.

The balcony is very nice and quiet and we have a nice view. The room is quiet enough. Also thanks to other quiet guests. The location is great, it is between the new town and the old town, easy to go anywhere. We spent 3 nights here, and it is the best option to explore Dubrovnik, if you like relaxing trip. (One day old town, one day new town, one day lokrum island.) We recommend this place 100%.WNetherlands

View is simply stunning. Walking distance to Old Town albeit we did not realize before we got there that everything in Dubrovnik is on a steep hill. Thus greatly appreciated great air conditioning on our return. Apartment very new and modern. Building is very quiet and feels very safe. Pemo market is close by.

Lokrum Island - 10 mins by boat to leafy peace (not to mention decent restaurant amongst the trees)
Old town (all of it!) - best at both ends of day when tourist groups not around. Fransiscan Monastery cloisters if you love sunlight on stone. Town walls for views. Check out Dubrovnik pass for reduced entrance fees and bus. Lokrum Island - 10 mins by boat to leafy peace (not to mention decent restaurant amongst the trees). Excursion to Elafite Islands for enjoyable messing about in boats - and a (rare in these parts) sandy beach.

There is also a boat taking you to a Lokrum Island which is great to wander and swim with the kids
It is super clean and felt very safe for toddlers to run around. In the evening people some with their creativity, like mimes and exotic birds. There is also a boat taking you to a Lokrum Island which is great to wander and swim with the kids.
