It was just down the street from the plaza; walking distance to restaurants in and out of the plaza. The bathrooms had heated floors! I was in the newer room, and they were large rooms. The balcony had a great view. The staff was friendly. I stayed at the Hilton last time I was there, and it doesn't hold a candle to this place. And this cost less! This is my new go-to hotel every time I visit Santa Fe.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect...a short walk to the Plaza in Santa Fe and Canyon Road. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast good. They even had a free shuttle to take you around town since parking can be difficult. They had free parking on site which was a blessing. We would love to stay there again! Our vehicle stayed parked the whole time. The hotel is older, so the room/closet-dressing area was spacious. You can tell at some recent point it has been completely remodeled. It really fit in with the area and it felt like I was staying in SANTA FE. We enjoyed taking the shuttle to the Plaza - we not only got a ride, but a golf lesson from Patrick! Breakfast and dinner were excellent! Service was excellent! [We especially liked Andrea's attentive, pleasant service. She was there for us!] The front desk staff were all welcoming and attentive. We look forward to our stay at the Hotel Santa Fe one day soon!
