The room and bathroom were clean. Pictures represent reality. Room is very worm. Staff is polite and friendly. Public transportation is literally outside the Bassena hotel, including Airport Shuttle. We didn’t try the breakfast, hence, cannot comment on that.

Their onsite restaurant, Zazatam, is open for dinner on Wednesdays-Saturdays is absolutely delicious and is a must-try if you stay!
