Apartman je odlican i lepo sredjen sa svime sto vam treba. Moderno sredjen ispunio je moja ocekivanja. Opet cu doci kad budemo dolazili u Lugano. Mala, mala zamerka je krevet koji se razvlaci u dnevnoj sobi nije bas naj udobniji. Pozdrav

Convenient ,just cross the street you can find the hotel from the train station. Clean,the room is big and clean. Staff,friendly and helpful Really enjoyed my stay at Tresa Bay Hotel thank you !

We love everything in this hotel. It is charming and full of characters. They share the history of the hotel along the corridor, including some really nice painting. Perfect location to stay in Lugano. Short walk to the shops, restaurant, and supermerket. Big park with playground nearby so you can enjoy the lake walk and finish it off at the park. Lovely breakfast with great service staff. Mini bar in lounge area with complimentary tea and coffee. We stay in family suites at back next to the play area so my son can enjoy himself there with minimum supervision. My room comes with pantry and kitchenette so you can cook if the easy meal if needed.

Rooms are simple but very spacious! The hotel is extremely clean!! The swimming pool a must! All in all we had a great stay!

They have an excellent breakfast, the location is superb. I tried the spa and pool too and both were top quality. Would definitely go back with family or alone

The location is excellent. You have to walk to the center but it's not that far. They gave me a bus/train ticket for free during my stay, and a discount for tourist attractions.

Great location with friendly staffs. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and the staffs also recommended a good local restaurant to me. The lake view room I looked is fantastic. Breakfast is not various but acceptable, also passionate staffs servicing the breakfast.

They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the management for having such an exceptional team. Your staff truly made my stay unforgettable, and I will always cherish the memories I made during my time at your hotel. Once again, thank you for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Lovely property, great facilities, staff very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have taken a group to the hotel and would well recommend. I will definitely be going again! My last visit was October 2021 and it was lovely to see many of the same staff still working there. There is a real family feel, great care and pride of their work and the hotel. Very impressed and extremely grateful. thank you.

What a truly special place. They have thought of every detail! Beds very comfortable and rooms really clean, and the spot is magical. Love all the common areas outside the rooms and so nice how they have laid out books and games and all. Breakfast was delicious - esp the homemade jams and homemade granola. Location is brilliant for hiking. Wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

I loved the family atmosphere this hotel provides. The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was remarkably helpful. I asked for help with a doctor appointment for my wife and they were very cooperative and called and made the appointment. I very much appreciate their support throughout my stay. special thanks to Julian for going out of his way to help out.

The staff were really armazing, so friendly! The location is fantastic with stunning views and really good hiking opportunities for different levels (nothing super flat though). a great pool and good treatments at the spa! Food was delicious too!

Take the lake view room - believe me, it’s worth it. Perfect place to spend a weekend.
