Located in Haitang Bay, 1 Hotel Haitang Bay, Sanya has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar. Amazing hotel with great staff. At the reception the staff speaks good English, which is very rare for this region. Amazing breakfast that is suitable for foreigners. The design of the hotel is amazing, everything is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye. A swimming pool with a transparent bottom is top. There is a sky bar on the roof of the hotel with modern music. I am satisfied with my stay and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Very very nice hotel. The hotel is a lot nicer than in the photos. Fantastic pool area, excellent breakfast. The design is amazing. Woul surely come back.

Management: 1. I had booked and paid for a room for a week in Jan. 2020. Then Covid-19 broke out, and my flight was canceled. I informed the hotel of my problem and unexpectedly got my refund shortly after. 2. I booked and received confirmation for a room for a week in March 2024. A day later I was informed that my credit card was invalid. This happened twice. The same card was used successfully to purchase two airline ticket a few minute earlier. So I called Visa Center that assured my card validity. This international call costed me over $40! When I mentioned this unpleasant experience, the front desk manager upgraded me to Club level room. 3. One day an elevator/lift I was riding on, with a few ladies, stoped suddenly and started dropping. The emergency button did not work. A bit scary. Fortunately after a few minutes, the ride resumed. After reporting the accident, the hotel sent me a fruit basket, and even gave me free breakfast. All managers I met show they are caring professional. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful; our room is elegant.

Sanya è una cittadina a sud dell' isola tropicale della Cina Hainan. E' davvero un paradiso in terra. 30°C a novembre, spiagge bianche, acqua cristallina ed una brezza piacevole in giornata. Per mangiare ci sono tanti ristorantini che si affacciano sulla spiaggia. Prezzi alquanto carucci ma nulla di non affrontabile. In spiaggia si possono fare un sacco di attività d'acqua: parasailing, moto d'acqua, bananaboat, subacquea etc...Consigliata anche come meta di luna di miele :)
