Nice extra touches like fluffy towels, lovely hot showers and the room was spotless and cleaned daily. Fantastic place

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace, Hotel Santa Fe offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast in Puerto Ayora. Malecon harbour is 30 metres away and Tortuga Bay beach is 2,5 km away. Wow! We loved our stay here, we were a group of 4 backpackers celebrating a 30th birthday and this hotel was perfect! The junior suite was gorgeous and the staff so lovely! They even gave our friend a personalized complimentary gift for her birthday! Great dinner and drinks recommendations also from the staff! The mini bar in the suite was also complimentary and had free tea and coffee by the pool! Also lovely breakfast! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The owner Josy was lovely, kept communication with us before and during the stay. Breakfast was great every morning and she cleaned our room while we were gone during the day. There is drinking water available too. Josy arranged us a taxi to and from the airport and gave local recommendations. Location is right in town, walking distance to everything. Rooms are cute, clean, spacious with amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

All were wrapped in eco-friendly packaging. 10/10 We were super happy with how they explained their commitment to being responsible towards nature and what they do to be actively involved. The info in the rooms was presented subtly, although not overwhelmingly. The free shopping bags and water bottles were a nice touch.

It was a green lush hide away with winding paths to follow and tortoises to be spotted on all sides. I spent my birthday day and night here and it was a magical night sleeping in the cloud covered tree tops with turtles grazing 20 feet away. It's a beautiful place to get away.
