Dating back to 1747, this historic coaching inn boasts an on-site coffee shop selling fresh pastries, home-cooked food, and afternoon tea. It is ideally sited to enjoy the delights of Birr and it's famous castle. Personally it was ideal. for me to explore my ancestors who established the town as it is today namely the Parson family who still live at the castle. The hotel staff are very friendly and hard working. Well done to everyone.

Offering a garden and garden view, The Harbour Masters House is situated in Banagher, 19 km from Cross of the Scriptures and 30 km from Dun na Si Heritage & Genealogical Centre. Very special breakfast room and adjacent garden. Breakfasts were perfect. Our room was in the style we expected for this heritage building. Can easily walk to a local pub for dinner and drink. Host was very friendly and eager to give good advice.

Kitty's is set in Tullamore, 200 metres from Tullamore Dew Heritage Centre and 12 km from Kilbeggan Racecourse. The property is 14 km from Ballard Farm. The kitchen was very luminous and they have coffee and tea. Sitting room very cozy. Bedroom very comfortable and it was very nice the little touch of toiletries. Very central and parking available nearby.

Situated within 39 km of Tullamore Dew Heritage Centre and 43 km of Dun na Si Heritage & Genealogical Centre in Birr, Brona Dempsey features accommodation with seating area. Everything. This was a great little property. Brona was a wonderful host. The room and especially the bedding was wonderful.
