Overall excellent hotel and recommended to be visited

El Russian Pilgrim Residence está ubicado en un lugar sagrado a orillas del río Jordán, en pleno desierto. Honestly, I had such a great time there. I wish I could have stayed for a week. The peace and silence were so soothing. The whole place is so magical and it was a truly amazing experience. When you need a break from the business of life, you need to go there. My highlight was swimming in the Jordan river - what an experience :) The manager, Elias, was so helpful and helped me to get around.

The property exceeded all our expectations. The pool and jacuzzi, were clean and neat. The jacuzzi had a phenomenal view, overlooking the Dead Sea. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to enjoy group activities as well as have a solo retreat by the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic equipment. The host of the property went above and beyond to help us with every question and requirement. The supervisor of the property was helpful and very friendly. Overall there were no negatives to our stay. We even were able to extend our stay with no problems at all.

We highly recommend staying here as an alternative to a large resort, if you are looking for charm and tranquility.

This place is a lovely oasis close to the Dead Sea beaches and Bethany beyond the Jordan. The host was very helpful and hospitable, even leaving us some snacks on arrival. The apartment was very well equipped, meticulously clean and very comfortable.
