The room was absolutely stunning, the bed super comfortable, the bath and shower really spacious and clean. The onset was great, lots of great amenities. Staff was absolutely amazing, extremely welcoming and helpful. Area was superb. Lots of great shops around plus close walking distance to the temple.

Great location, directly opposite Chibachuo railway station. Lots of very good restaurants around, plus plenty of convenience shops. Breakfast was great, with wide selection of Japanese and Western food and good coffee. Rooms small but very clean. Only downside is the incessant loud beeping of the pedestrian crossings outside which can really get on your nerves if you are trying to work, but luckily this is turned off at night so doesn't keep you awake. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you won't be in the room during the day!

Good location for us as we had very heavy luggage, and were able to stagger 2 minutes from the Chibaminato JR station to the hotel. This was perfect for a day trip to Tokyo Disneyland before heading off from Narita airport. The hotel is top-class, with a great room overlooking the bay. At 1600 Yen the buffet breakfast was excellent value with a great selection. We also enjoyed catching the "upside down" monorail into Chibato to visit the Cultural Folk museum and do some shopping.

The host was very, very nice. He offers a shuttle and a simple breakfast. But you can also reach the house with a bus. He really likes to get to know his guests and even invited us on a trip to a surrounding Prefecture, showing us typical japanese style food and an Onzen. Loved everything about it. Though its in Chiba, its still CLOSE to the train station. 2 min walk. The room is fairly sized. It's not cramped. The amenities are great. Used the onsen. Everything was detailed. All the amenities that they have listed are complete. Shuttle bus was a big plus from the airport to the hotel and vise versa. There was also a train line if you want to go directly to visit places. Having a close supermarket and small mall was also great to buy necessities & for families with children to enjoy playing in the arcade. Will definitely go back & book again soon.
