I asked for a quiet room upon request and got a lovely room away from the road yet still had a lake view. The room was spacious, the kitchen was great, the bathroom was big, the shower was fantastic. and the bed - which we are stay for - was brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but the best part for me was Christine. A fantastic reception greeting and genuine acknowledgment throughout my stay with each passing ensured I was really appreciated as a guest. I don't mess around with inadequacy so there's no doubt I'll be staying here on each of my journeys through Taupo in the future. Thank you too the cleaners who do a great job and hold down a great company.

The room was excellent having all the required amenities and most of the facilities were quite modern. We loved the thermal pool and it allowed us to relax after a busy day out.
