It was located in a clean, nice environment with easy access to eateries, public transpo, supermarket, church etc. Right-sized pool, enough and spacious elevators, wonderful dining area and aesthetic reception area. The beach was a 10-minute walk away but they have a jeepney to shuttle guests to and from beach area. All staff showed courtesy and friendly demeanor especially the guards, pool lifeguard, and restaurant service staff.

The staff were always seen cleaning the property which is very important in this climate where facilities can deteriorate quickly. Their beach area, where they shuttled you, was a wonderful and relaxing oasis. The staff were always ready to assist you immediately and always with a smile.

Facing the beachfront, Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Mactan and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and restaurant. The most luxurious experience. The hospitality of Cebu Sheraton is notch above the rest resorts I have been to. The staff was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The private beach and snorkelling in that beach was really awesome. The breakfast buffet had a lavish spread. Special mention to Mr. Danish Khan who is head of operations made sure we get vegetarian food at all times. He was truly so kind, warm and nice. There was a wine appreciation evening dinner organised by Langetwins. Again Mr Danish made sure we get lavish spread of vegetarian food. Buhi cave restaurant and 5 Cien offered amazing food. Scotty adventure organised a private snorelling trip to nearby Hilutungan island. The spa is also amazing. So over all I would say one of the best relaxing trip ever. Special thanks to all the staff members who were soo soo kind, warm and ever smiling.

Excellent stay for the price. We stayed only one night and wanted to be close to the airport, and it was perfect (only 15 minutes away). The staff's attention was superb. The shower was amazing, the best since we arrived in the Philippines.
