Brand spanking new, clean, modern, spacious, lovely rooftop pool with beautify view of mountains and bay, located near several restaurants (Casa Bonita was wonderful - great smoothie bowls and shakes) and tour agency offices, and incredibly helpful staff - let us check in early free of charge, rented motorbike at very affordable price, showed us the sights around Cat Ba including national forest and hospital cave, offered fresh fruit and drinks when we were at the pool.

The breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Overall best hotel we have stayed in in Vietnam!!!

The bathroom was lavish and comfortable. The bed was decently comfortable. The lighting was soothing and relaxing. The room was spacious enough that I sometimes preferred staying in rather than going out. The personal care products provided, such as shampoo and body wash, felt luxurious and had a pleasant fragrance.
