The meticulous attention to detail in maintaining a high standard of hygiene was evident throughout our stay. We highly recommend paying a visit to the Aha café just two shops away at the junction. Sipping on a cup of aromatic Vietnamese coffee while perched on the petite chairs, watching the mesmerizing traffic weave its chaotic dance, is an unforgettable experience that perfectly encapsulates the essence of Hanoi's Old Quarter. However, what truly elevated our stay to a remarkable level was the exceptional staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and eagerness to assist knew no bounds. They effortlessly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The reception was magnifique!! Quick checking clear explanations of all about the hotel and about how to move around the Hanoi and possible excursions. Only to help not to pressure to sale you anything. Always helping to anything. Last day we had and early taxi ti the airport and they had a breakfast bos ready for us. Location excellent near everywhere. They make us an upgrade a nice detail. The rooftop terrace bar excellent on the night for a fresh air a good drink and music.

The room is clean,and stuff is helpful and always ready to support the client! We were welcomed with friendly smiles and ice tea,the check in was earlier than the official, as the room was ready! The furniture of the room is clean and well maintained. Location is just minutes away from the Old quarter streets and this was our aim-to be near it. The breakfast is wonderful and tasty!

Amazing Accommodation Experience! The room was clean and comfortable, of top-notch quality. Everyone in the group was very happy! Breakfast was delicious; it would be even better if they had Vietnamese coffee. The staff were incredible, very friendly and courteous, and enthusiastically introduced local attractions to us. Everyone must experience it firsthand！

Prime location close to the cathedral, hoan kiem lake, and great restaurants. Service was top notch. Jolie was amazing and gave the warmest welcome. I arrived early in the morning but Jolie upgraded my room and had it ready in an hour. Weather was really hot but she had the room AC turned on before checked in. Massage was great as well.
