This was by far my best hotel/holiday experience to date. If I could give more than 10/10 I would. When I say this resort has something for everyone, that is an understatement. We originally planned to stay here for 5 nights (from 2 July), then depart for Harbour Island for 2 nights then return to Nassau and stay elsewhere – upon retuning to Nassau we checked-out (10mins after arriving and pre-paying) of another well-known 5* hotel in Nassau to return to the SLS as the standard was incomparable. The hotel, facilities and staff are all exceptional. I would like to give a personal thank you to following: Tamika & Sarah on concierge, they went over and above to ensure my partner and I had the very best time, they helped arrange the most amazing birthday surprises and day out for my partner. They were always on hand if/when we needed anything. Tamika went beyond in providing the very best concierge assistance – like no other! Damian (guest services) – excellent support with any requests we had and an extremely fast turnaround. The chef in Cleo (I didn’t catch her name, but her birthday was 6th July) – not only provided us with a tasty breakfast daily but also offered a mass of exceptional recommendations of things to do, she brightened up our mornings. Gardeners (again, didn’t get their names) – they worked on the palm trees around the pools and in the drive to SLS entrance, removed the coconuts! I sometimes feel these staff are overlooked in the contribution they provide to vacation goers, but these guys helped us out when we were lost, needed advice and much more – all with a smile! Shawn (bell boy) – Amazing service, went out of his way continually to help us out. All of the above-mentioned individuals contributed to making this our best holiday ever! We were very grateful for all their time, assistance and consideration! Please, management – recognition is required for all. We are already planning our next trip! See you soon! Thank you!

Všetko bolo dobré, len výhľad z okna bol na nejakú budovu, v ktorej stále niečo prerábali a od skorého rána rezali nejaké železá, takže to bolo dosť hlučné. Celkovo na mňa pôsobil hotel dosť stiesňujúco. Bola som v ňom ubytovaná aj v roku 2009, teda ešte pred jeho kompletnou renováciou. Vtedy na mňa pôsobil romantickejšie. Ale rekonštrukcia je pekná. Je tam dostatok reštaurácií a napriek tomu, že sme tam boli len 4 noci stihli sme všetky, ktoré boli na objednávku. A jedlo v nich bolo perfektné. Keď idem niekde na dovolenku a je možnosť ubytovať sa v tomto reťazci, tak to využívam. Aj tento hotel bol čo sa týka služieb vynikajúci, len tá lokalita sa mi zdala akási čudná. Ale pomer ceny a kvality je napriek tomu SUPER.

Staff were so nice and accommodating the whole time we were there, and also pushed our stay back a day when we couldn’t catch our flight from the US the previous day at no extra cost. Room was massive and the hotel grounds are really nice, loved our stay here and good value for money
