A wonderful stay at the seaside. The hotel is located on the beachfront, with its own sandy beach. The breackfast is generous with a wide diversity to choose from. The hotel is located some 20 minutes walking distance from the center of the Agios Nikolaos.

The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and answered any requests we had. We had half board and though previous comments said that the food was not good, I beg to differ. The breakfast was ample with lots of buffet options (hot and cold) as well as the menu (you could order omelets, and other items off the menu). Frappes and Fredo espressos were not problem. The setting at breakfast was beautiful overlooking the pool and ocean. One of the previous comments said that there weren't any Greek offerings at dinner. Being Greek-American, I thought the inclusive dinner options did a great job with an overall selection to appeal to everyone as well as classic Greek and Cretan options. Obviously, if one truly wants a true Cretan dining experience, then I recommend eating off property, but we ate both nights we stayed at the resort, and we all greatly enjoyed. I've been to many all-inclusive hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean and the food and drinks at this establishment were the best we've had. The hotel manager was always present, making rounds ensuring people were enjoying their stay. In fact, our son celebrated his birthday one night and the hotel staff provided a dairy-free cake (he's allergic to dairy) for his bday complete with candles! Lastly, the resort is beautifully and tastefully decorated. I greatly enjoyed walking around, taking in all the sights. The designers did an exceptional job making it feel very Greek island-esque with every nook and cranny having artwork or decorations.

Everything about this resort is fantastic, you always greeted with a smile from the people at the reception to the bell boys to the clining stuff , at the breakfast they just want to serve you , just lovely people. The breakfast was great. The beach was wonderful and the five pools just beautiful. We where apgrated to a room with a pool wich was a great treet . The room was always clean and the whole resort clean and well kept . I read a lot of bad reviews about the resort and non of them was like was writing. Thank you very much to everyone at the resort we will be back .

Понравилось отношение персонала, номер, пляж, вкусная еда, внимание персонала, абсолютно все было замечательно! Нам сделали апгрейд номер без доплат. Много приятных мелочей от отеля и персонала. Заботливые метрдотели и все сотрудники. Есть желание вернуться .

The service was wonderful the staff so friendly and nothing was a bother. Our suite was really special and led onto the beach.We had use of the Six Senses Spa which was amazing.The weather was not as hot or sunny as we would have liked but that’s in the lap of the gods. We had a fantastic time at Elounda Breeze. Family of five with three children aged 9, 7 and 5. The hotel was excellent. The views were amazing. The pools and water slides were brilliant. Varied selection of fresh food and we really enjoyed our evenings at The Taverna and Green and Grill. The Beach Cove was a lovely addition and we loved our time spent there. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. Elounda village is picturesque and traditional with a lovely beach and an array of superb restaurants along the water front. We had a fantastic and memorable experience and hope to return again.
