I was alone and they were my family there .. anything i need i just send them massege and they respond direct.. and sure next time i will go to batatu villas direct ... they provide me with all trips and activities that i can do Thank you batatu ❤️

The villa was amazing 😍 We stayed here for 3 days and the staff was treating us well. The breakfast was really amazing, the view, the room, so clean as well! I really recommend this place for enjoying your time in Kuta ❤️

Hotel is relatively new, when we visited it was half empty so there was a lot of privacy. Everything was excellent, the fold amongst the best we had in lombok. Cherry on top was the pillow service - select pillows as you like 24/7!

Everything! The staff is really nice, the pool area is very comfortable, and the food at the restaurant is really good (especially the chicken burger!)
