I didn't expect to love The Flow on Koh Samui as much as I did. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with just a few rooms, making it feel very private. It's located right on a beautiful beach with a stunning view and a gorgeous pool. The kitchen offers good food, although the breakfast is a bit simple and could use some improvement. However, with so many great cafes nearby, this wasn't an issue at all. The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat on Samui. Overall, I was thrilled with my stay and even extended it. It truly exceeded my expectations.

Lovely Balinese feel to it - all whites, blues and neutrals. Very relaxing and comfortable. It was a beautiful spot on the beach. near to nice local restaurants. gorgeous clothes shop on site. Happy hour cocktails every evening. Breakfast was imaginative. Dinner delicious especially the vegan scallops - need to be tasted to be believed!

I needed somewhere to stay for two weeks and was deciding between Moorea and a different property that was slightly cheaper and closer to the beach. I initially chose Moorea for one week, and if at the end of one week I liked my stay I would extend it for a second week. However, the moment I met the hotel staff and saw my room, I instantly made the decision to extend my stay to a full two weeks. It was the best decision by far. Moorea is a peaceful oasis like no other. The rooms are immaculate and luxurious - you can tell someone spent a lot of time designing every single little detail. Rooms are properly insulated, so no creepy crawlers to worry about here! The housekeeping staff is exceptional - rooms are thoroughly cleaned everyday and towels and bottled water are replaced everyday. I once left a plastic bag on the ground and found it was neatly folded and tucked away on my shower shelf. They have a restaurant on site (Lou Lou's) that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but serves delicious food and drinks no matter what you order. I always felt confident when I invited a friend over for a drink that they would love it - in fact one night our group started at a different hotel and my one friend did not even sit down and order, she immediately asked we go to Lou Lou's instead since she loved her last experience with me. The lighting, the music, the design and decor all create a lovely atmosphere at the end of a nice long day at the beach. While everything about this place screams luxury, the best part for me was the staff. They have a whatsapp line that you can message any time of day, and someone will always answer expeditiously. I've never felt so cared for, it was truly touching. Keir and Belle always went above and beyond to assist me in whatever I needed. It is that touch of human connection, that sense that someone is looking out for you and your comfort - that's what makes this place special.

Camera nuova e moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort. È vero che l’hotel sta facendo dei lavori ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema. Credo che sarà bellissimo una volta completata l’opera. La location è perfetta, un po’ defilata dal centro ma comunque con tutti i servizi a portata di mano e con la bellissima spiaggia sotto casa. La signora della recepción è stata estremamente gentile, ci ha praticamente organizzato il noleggio scooter e il trasferimento a Koh Phangan. È stato un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura

We loved everything about this holiday Julie and Neil and all her staff were amazing they treated us just like family ,nothing was too much trouble what ever we asked for she did her best to accommodate us ,we can honestly say it is one of the best holidays we have ever had ,and would recommend it to anyone wanting a little bit of paradise, we will certainly be going back again next year it was home from home thank you to le shelby Julie and Neil it's been amazing
